摘　　要：2022年11月1日至2日,第六届全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC124)及第一、二、三、四、七、八、十分技术委员会第五次全体会议,第三届全国测量、控制和实验室电器设备安全标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC338)第五次全体会议,第三届全国实验室仪器及设备标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC526)第三次全体会议以网络会议形式举行,共有约550名代表参加了本次会议。国家市场监督管理总局、科学技术部、工业和信息化部、海关总署、中国机械工业联合会等部门领导出席了本次会议。三个标委会的秘书处承担单位,机械工业仪器仪表综合技术经济研究所(以下简称仪综所)欧阳劲松所长主持了开幕环节。On the basis of the continuous improvement of electrification level and the adoption of efficient new scientific and technological equipment, how to further reduce the electricity demand and realize low-carbon building, so as to make the efficient operation of electrical equipment, is a difficult problem in front of the builders and operators. In the paper, the intelligent building control system is used to build the internal and external data communication of the building, and then the intelligent control platform of the building is built. In addition, the intelligent control and algorithm optimization of the power demand side are also used to propose a reasonable path for realizing the carbon neutrality of the intelligent building.
