摘　　要：全球新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入演进,数字技术逐步渗透到各行各业,对生产和生活方式甚至价值观造成巨大影响。国际标准组织纷纷将数字技术作为要点纳入最新战略规划,并将数字化转型作为未来五到十年的重要发展方向。IEC/TC 65是智能制造、工业数字化转型领域的核心国际标准技术机构,于2022年启动对其新版战略业务计划的讨论。本文重点分析在全球数字化转型趋势下,IEC/TC65及其四个分委会国际标准化工作的业务环境、市场需求、技术和市场趋势,以及重点任务目标和计划。The new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industry transformation is gaining momentum, digital technologies are gradually penetrating into the full spectrum of industries, has a huge impact on production mode, the way of life and even the sense of values. International standards organizations incorporate digital technologies as the common thread of their latest strategies, set digital transformation as the mega trend in the next five to ten years. IEC/TC 65 is a core international standards technical organization in smart manufacturing and Industrial digital transformation areas, initiated the discussions on the new version of its strategic business plan(SBP)in 2022. The paper analyzes the business environment, market demand, trends in technology and in the market, as well as the projected strategic objectives and plans of IEC/TC 65 and its SCs.
