移液器容量测量比对相关问题的讨论

摘　　要：移液器是一种用于定量转移液体的计量器具,广泛应用于各类精密分析实验室,山西省计量科学研究院2015年建立移液器社会共用计量标准以来,先后参加了全国流量容量计量技术委员会组织的全国容量量值比对和西北华北大区移液器容量量值联合计量比对。通过本键比对验证了参加比对实验室所提交的移液器的校准结果和不确定度有较好的一致性,对移液器的基本操作方法及需注意的问题进行了分析。Pipette is a kind of measuring instrument for quantitative transfer of liquid, which is widely used in various precision analysis laboratories. Since the establishment of the social common measurement standard of the pipette by Shanxi Institute of Metrology in 2015, it has successively participated in the national capacity comparison organized by the national flow capacity measurement technical committee and the joint measurement comparison of the pipette capacity in Northwest and North China. Through this key comparison, it is verified that the calibration results and uncertainty of the pipette submitted by the laboratories participating in the comparison are in good agreement. The basic operation method of the pipette and the problems needing attention are analyzed.
