摘  要:为解决质子交换膜质子传导率与稳定性间相互制约的问题,设计合成了一种强碱性Troger’s Base型聚酰亚胺(PI-TB),通过与磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)共混制备出复合质子交换膜.通过红外光谱分析(FTIR)、热失重分析(TGA)、拉伸试验等表征了膜的化学结构、热稳定性和机械强度,考察了PI-TB加入量对膜的吸水率、溶胀度、离子交换容量和质子传导率的影响.结果表明,PI-TB与SPEEK之间存在的静电和氢键相互作用提高了膜的机械强度和结构稳定性.当PI-TB共混量为20%(质量分数)时,复合膜(PS-20)的质子传导率为102 mS/cm(60℃、100%RH);拉伸强度达93.13 MPa,为纯SPEEK膜的2.4倍;60℃、60%RH下,PS-20膜的质子传导率为6.78 mS/cm,是纯SPEEK膜的4.6倍.In order to solve the problem of mutual restriction between proton conductivity and stability of proton exchange membrane, a strong basic Troger’s Base polyimide(PI-TB) was designed and blended with sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone)(SPEEK) to prepare a composite proton exchange membrane in this paper. Chemical structure, thermal stability and mechanical strength of the membranes were characterized by FTIR, TGA, mechanical strength testing machine. Besides, the water uptake, swelling ratio, ion exchange capacity and proton conductivity of the membrane were tested. The electrostatic and hydrogen bonding interactions between PI-TB and SPEEK enhance the mechanical strength and structural stability of the membrane. When the blending amount of PI-TB was 20 %, the proton conductivity of the composite membrane(PS-20) was 102 mS/cm(60 ℃, 100% RH);the tensile strength of PS-20 membrane was 93.13 MPa, 2.4 times that of the SPEEK membrane;at 60% RH, the proton conductivity of PS-20 was 6.78 mS/cm, 4.6 times as high as that of the SPEEK membrane.
