摘 要:以聚偏氟乙烯-三氟氯乙烯(PVDF-CTFE)为成膜聚合物,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为致孔剂,自制的光催化剂石墨氮化碳(g-C_(3)N_(4))为催化改性颗粒,采用非溶剂相转换(NIPS)法成功制备了PVDF-CTFE/g-C_(3)N_(4)混合基质膜.考察了不同改性粒子添加量对混合基质膜结构及性能的影响.结果表明,g-C_(3)N_(4)的添加使得PVDF-CTFE膜的亲水性能、通透性能、力学性能和超滤分离性能都有所增强,并展现出良好的抗污染能力.当g-C_(3)N_(4)添加量达到2%(质量分数)时,其通量恢复率超过80%,并保持纯水通量为309.3 L/(m^(2)·h),BSA截留率为98.1%,拉伸断裂强度为3.8 MPa.此外,由于g-C_(3)N_(4)的添加,PVDF-CTFE/g-C_(3)N_(4)混合基质膜还能够通过光照催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB)染料,MB残留率最低达到22%.PVDF-CTFE/g-C_(3)N_(4)mixed matrix membranes were successfully prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS) method using PVDF-CTFE as membrane-forming polymer, DMF as solvent, PVP as porogen, and self-made photocatalyst g-C_(3)N_(4)as catalytically modified particles. The effects of different amount of modified particles on the structure and properties of mixed matrix membranes were studied. The results showed that the addition of g-C_(3)N_(4)increased the hydrophilic properties, permeability, mechanical properties and ultrafiltration separation performance of PVDF-CTFE membranes, and showed good anti-fouling ability. When the addition amount of g-C_(3)N_(4)reached to 2%(mass fraction), the flux recovery rate exceeded 80%, the pure water flux kept at 309.3 L/(m^(2)·h), the ultrafiltration separation accuracy was 98.1%, and the tensile breaking strength was 3.8 MPa. In addition, due to the addition of g-C_(3)N_(4), the PVDF-CTFE/g-C_(3)N_(4)mixed matrix membrane could also catalyze the degradation of methylene blue dye(MB) by light, and the MB residual rate was as low as 22%.
