摘 要:针对纯电动货车充电站的选址定容问题,提出纯电动货车充电站的两阶段选址定容模型。以纯电动货车的日食品配送成本最小为目标,建立第1阶段的纯电动货车充电站选址模型,并在第1阶段模型中定义可传输至第2阶段模型的关联参数;引入基于排队论的纯电动货车逗留时间成本,以纯电动货车充电站的年综合成本最小为目标,建立第2阶段的纯电动货车充电站定容模型。选取湖北省武汉市的部分城市区域作为算例,分析所选区域的食品需求。使用LINGO软件对所提出模型进行求解,求解结果证明了所提出模型的有效性。Aiming at the siting and sizing problem of a battery electric truck charging station, this paper proposes a two-stage siting and sizing model. Firstly, a siting model of a battery electric truck charging station is established in the first stage, with a goal of minimizing the daily food distribution cost of a battery electric truck. Meanwhile, the linking parameters that can be transmitted to the second-stage model are defined in the first-stage model. Secondly, the staying time cost of the truck is introduced based on the queuing theory, and, with a goal of minimizing the annual comprehensive cost of the charging station, a sizing model of the charging station is established in the second stage. Parts of the urban area in Wuhan, Hubei Province are selected as examples in which the food demand is analyzed. Finally, the LINGO software is used to solve the proposed model, and the result indicates the effectiveness of the proposed model.
