摘　　要：本文总结1例腹膜透析置管术后患者切口脂肪液化的护理经验。护理人员在做好术后切口常规护理的基础上,根据患者病情,采用特色制剂红纱条进行切口的填塞换药,并根据创面愈合情况加用10%氯化钠注射液外敷,同时加强腹膜透析管理、饮食与营养指导、心理护理等干预措施,有助于促进患者创面愈合、预防并发症。This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with fat liquefaction of incisions after peritoneal dialysis catheter placement.On the basis of routine postoperative incision care,red yarn strip packing and dressing change were performed for the patient's incision,and the surface was applied with 10%sodium chloride injection.Peritoneal dialysis,dietary and nutritional guidance and psychological nursing were carried out according to the patient's condition.
