印象笔记在提升综合医院手术配合质量中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨印象笔记在提升综合医院手术配合质量中的应用,以提升手术配合质量,提高手术护士专业综合能力,促进专科操作的标准化和同质化,有利于手术室高效平稳运转。方法通过专科组在印象笔记APP撰写手术配合笔记,实现全科人员手术笔记实时高效更新与共享,构建手术室专业知识库,涵盖培训课程、仪器设备、前沿资讯等,形成手术室专业知识共享的平台。评价印象笔记APP使用前和使用后手术配合质量满意度及手术护士专业综合能力。结果与使用印象笔记APP前比较,使用印象笔记APP后,手术配合质量满意度提高(P<0.01),手术护士专业综合能力得到提升(P<0.01)。结论在手术室管理中应用印象笔记APP能有效提升手术配合质量与手术护士专业综合能力。Objective To observe the effect of Evernote in improving the quality of surgical cooperation in the general hospital,to improve the quality of surgical cooperation,improve the professional comprehensive ability of surgical nurses,and promote the standardization and homo⁃geneity of specialized operations,which is conducive to the efficient and stable operation of the operating room.Methods The specialist team wrote surgical cooperation notes on the Evernote APP,realized the real-time and efficient update and sharing of surgical notes for general practitio⁃ners.A professional knowledge base and platform was built in the operating room,covering train⁃ing courses,instruments and equipment,cutting-edge information,etc.The satisfaction with sur⁃gical cooperation and professional comprehensive ability of the surgical nurses were measured be⁃fore and after implementation of Evernote APP.Results After using the APP for 1 year,the sat⁃isfaction with the quality of surgical cooperation was improved(P<0.01),and the professional comprehensive ability of the surgical nurses was improved(P<0.01).Conclusion The applica⁃tion of the Evernote APP in the operating room can significantly improve the quality of surgical co⁃operation and professional comprehensive ability of surgical nurses.
