区域一体化对经济发展质量的影响研究——基于长三角中心区域城市的准自然实证分析

摘　　要：通过构建DID模型测算长三角区域一体化政策对于经济发展质量的影响,并结合门槛模型对变动原因进行分析。结果显示:长三角区域一体化对于经济高质量发展有显著的促进作用,但区域内部存在“U”型地区差异,对前期和后期加入协调会城市的促进效应大于中期城市;且原位城市经济发展质量的稳定性大于新进位城市,当区域扩容时新进位城市经济发展质量易出现较大的增速或减速。最后提出,要打破传统行政区域壁垒推进要素资源配置,通过强化区域间联动培育创新产业链,合理规划控制长三角区域规模,形成智慧互联的高质量发展区域。By constructing did model,this paper calculates the impact of regional integration policy on high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta,and analyzes the causes of change combined with threshold model.Results show that the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta can significantly promote the high-quality economic development,but there are"U"regional differences within the region.The promotion effect of cities joining the Coordination Committee in the early and late stages is greater than that in the medium term.Moreover,the stability of economic development of in-situ cities is greater than that of new carry cities.When the regional capacity is expanded,the quality of economic development of new carry cities is prone to large fluctuations.In the end,it puts forwards some suggestions such that breaking the traditional administrative regional barriers,promoting the allocation of factor resources,cultivating innovative industrial chains by strengthening interregional linkage,reasonably planning and controlling the regional scale of the Yangtze River Delta,and forming a smart and interconnected high-quality development region.
