摘　　要：新时代,以习近平同志为核心的党中央,围绕党的建设提出了一系列新概念新判断新思想,对马克思主义建党学说做出了许多重大的原创性贡献,主要体现在:明确提出了“建设什么样的长期执政的马克思主义政党、怎样建设长期执政的马克思主义政党”的重大课题,实现了对马克思主义建党学说重大课题的新概括;提出中国特色社会主义最本质的特征是中国共产党领导,发展了马克思主义建党学说关于党的领导的理论定位;提出了党始终代表最广大人民根本利益,没有任何自己特殊的利益,深化了马克思主义建党学说关于党的性质宗旨的认识;以习近平同志为核心的党中央还全面阐发了马克思主义建党学说组织路线的丰富内涵,开辟了马克思主义政党管党治党的新境界,找到了马克思主义政党关于跳出历史周期率的第二个答案。The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has put forward a series of new concepts,new judgments and new thoughts,and made many important original contributions to the Marxist theory of Party building in the New Era,mainly reflected in the following:It has clearly put forward the major topic of“what kind of long-term ruling Marxist political party to build and how to build a longterm ruling Marxist political party”,and realized a new generalization of the major topics of Marxist party building theory.It has put forward that the most essential characteristic of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and developed the theoretical positioning of the leadership of the Party in the theory of Marxist Party building;It has put forward that the Party always represents the fundamental interests of all our people,without any special interests of its own,deepening the understanding of the nature and purpose of the Party in the Marxist theory of Party building;The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has also comprehensively expounded the rich connotation of principles for running an organization of Marxist Party building theory,opened up a new realm of Marxist political party governing the party,and found a second answer to the question of Marxist political party how to escape the historical cycle of rise and fall.
