摘　　要：公共价值是乡村振兴的内生动力和现实诉求,既符合乡村善治需要,又体现出“三治融合”的乡村治理精神,更是实现乡村振兴的必由之路。乡村振兴中的公共价值实现涉及公共精神、公共空间、公共参与、公共规则以及公共利益等方面。只有从公共价值的本质出发,明晰共建要求,创新共治方式,彰显共享旨归,才能有效助力乡村振兴,实现“农民富、农业强、农村美”的美好愿景。Public value is the endogenous driving force and realistic demand of rural revitalization,which not only meets the needs of good rural governance,but also embodies the spirit of rural governance of"three governance fusion",and is the necessary way to realize rural revitalization.The realization of public values in rural revitalization involves public spirit,public space,public participation,public rules and public interests.Only by starting from the essence of public values,clarifying the common construction requirements,innovating the way of common governance,sharing the fruits of public interests,can we effectively contribute to rural revitalization and realize the beautiful vision of"rich farmers,strong agriculture and beautiful countryside".
