摘　　要：研究冬冷夏热地区被动房经济性,对推动低碳绿色建筑的发展具有现实意义。以近零能耗建筑相关技术导则和技术标准为依据,对具体建筑进行节能改造,采用改进层次分析法及正交试验,分析冬冷夏热地区被动房改造方案的增量成本和效益。结果显示,最佳节能方案并不一定是各技术参数都取最优值。可为被动房的多参数综合优化设计提供参考,对国内建筑领域低碳化建设研究,实现碳中和目标提供一定帮助。It is of practical significance to study the economy of passive house in cold winter and hot summer area to promote the development of low-carbon green building.Based on the technical guidelines and technical standards of near-zero energy buildings,an energy-saving reformation is applied on a certain building.Then the incremental cost and benefit of passive house reconstruction in cold winter and hot summer area are analyzed by improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and orthogonal test.This research provides some reference for multi-parameter comprehensive optimization design of passive house,having certain significance for the research of low-carbon construction in domestic construction field and the realization of carbon neutrality.
