简版执行功能网络问卷在大学生中的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:汉化简版执行功能网络问卷(Web-based Executive Function Questionnaire,WEFQ)并在大学生群体中对信度和效度进行检验。方法:采用方便抽样法,先后选取1168名和824名大学生施测WEFQ、青少年执行功能量表(AEFS)、成人版执行功能行为评定量表(BRIEF-A)、中文简版UPPS-P冲动量表(S-UPPS-P)和Barratt冲动量表(BIS-11),随机抽取其中75名大学生施测威斯康辛卡片分类任务、色词Stroop任务和数字广度任务。4周后,随机选取其中396名被试再次施测WEFQ以评定重测信度;最后另选48例门诊抑郁症患者施测WEFQ,进行实证效度检验。结果:探索性因子分析发现WEFQ为单维结构,验证性因子分析证实单因子模型各项指标拟合良好;量表内部一致性系数为0.898,重测信度为0.775;效度分析发现WEFQ总分与AEFS、BRIEF-A、S-UPPS-P和BIS-11的相关系数分别为0.657、0.801、0.507和0.532(P<0.01),但与三种神经心理测验结果均不相关,健康大学生WEFQ总分显著低于临床抑郁症患者(t=5.184,P<0.01)。结论:中文简版执行功能网络问卷主要反映执行功能的核心成分,即对认知行为的反应抑制和控制能力,具有良好的信度和效度。Objective: To translate the Web-based Executive Function Questionnaire(WEFQ) into Chinese, and examine its reliability and validity in Chinese college students. Methods: 1168 and 824 college students were selected by the Convenience Sampling, and they were asked to complete WEFQ, AEFS, BRIEF-A, S-UPPS-P and BIS-11;Then, 75 college students were randomly selected from this sample to complete neuropsychological experiments, including the Wsiconsin card sorting test, Stroop color-word task and digit span task. After 4 weeks, 396 subjects were randomly selected to test WEFQ again to evaluate the test-retest reliability. Finally, another 48 outpatients with depression were selected to test WEFQ to complete the empirical validity test. Results: The exploratory factor analysis found the single dimensional structure of WEFQ, and the confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that each index of the single factor model fitted well;Reliability analysis showed that the internal consistency coefficient of the scale was 0.898 and the test-retest reliability was 0.775;Validity analysis showed that the total score of WEFQ was significantly correlated with AEFS, BRIEF-A, S-UPPS-P and BIS-11(r=0.657, 0.801, 0.507 and 0.532 respectively, all P<0.01), but not with the results of three neuropsychological tests. The total score of WEFQ of healthy college students was significantly lower than that of patients with clinical depression(t=5.184, P<0.01). Conclusion: The Chinese short version of the Web-based Executive Function Questionnaire mainly reflects the core components of executive function, that is, the response inhibition and control ability of cognitive behavior. It has good reliability and validity in Chinese college students.
