父母低头行为与青少年自杀意念:体验回避模型的视角

摘　　要：目的:本研究基于体验回避模型,考察父母低头行为对青少年自杀意念的影响,并检验抑郁和体验回避的序列中介效应。方法:抽取信阳市810名中学生为被试,采用父母低头行为量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力简版量表、接纳与行动问卷第二版和自杀意念问卷施测。结果:(1)相关分析显示,父母低头行为、抑郁、体验回避和自杀意念两两之间呈显著正相关。(2)中介效应检验表明,父母低头行为能够通过抑郁和体验回避的序列中介作用影响自杀意念。结论:父母低头行为会增加青少年自杀意念,并且这种效应是通过抑郁和体验回避的共同作用完成的。Objective: Based on the experiential avoidance model, this study explored the effect of parental phubbing on adolescents’ suicidal ideation, and examined the serial mediating effects of depression and experiential avoidance. Methods: A sample of 810 middle school students in Xinyang city were recruited to complete The Parental Phubbing Scale, Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale, Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Ⅱ and Adolescents’ Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire. Results:(1) Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation among parental phubbing,depression, experience avoidance and suicidal ideation.(2) The mediating effect test showed that parental phubbing influenced suicidal ideation through the serial mediating effect of depression and experiential avoidance. Conclusion: Parental phubbing increases suicidal ideation, and this effect is achieved through a combination of depression and experiential avoidance.
