摘　　要：在国民经济和化工行业建设不断发展的良好形势下,大型化工企业对外服务机械设备检修公司呈现出良好势头。现代化大型化工企业生产装置中的机械设备检修与维保是日常工作的重要组成部分,只有保证设备正常安全连续运转,生产装置才能实现长周期运行,为企业创收创效。文章通过以人为本、以制度和培训为基础、以检查和落实为抓手、以考核和监督为手段,持续提升检修人员安全意识的认知度,同时提高专业技能水平,真正做到保障特殊作业检修人员安全、符合国家职业健康管理要求等方面阐述了机械设备检修维保公司安全管理的工作经验。In the good situation of the continuous development of the national economy and the chemical industry construction,the large chemical enterprises’ external service machinery and equipment maintenance companies show a good momentum.The maintenance and maintenance of mechanical equipment in the production equipment of modern large chemical enterprises is an important part of the daily work. Only by ensuring the normal and safe and continuous operation of the equipment can the production device realize the long-cycle operation and generate income and efficiency for the enterprises. This paper through the people-oriented, based on system and training, to check and implement as the gripper, by means of assessment and supervision,continue to improve maintenance personnel safety awareness, at the same time to improve the level of professional skills,truly guarantee special operation maintenance personnel safety, conform to the requirements of national occupational health management, expounds the mechanical equipment maintenance maintenance company safety management experience.
