摘 要:随着半导体和LED的应用范围越来越广泛,高纯氨市场需求持续增加,为获取更多经济效益,众多气体制造企业和相关研究机构针对高纯氨生产工艺技术持续加大研发力度。现阶段已有完全过滤吸附型、完全精馏型、过滤吸附精馏型等多种生产工艺技术。基于此,文章以上述三种高纯氨生产工艺技术进行简要探究,并对不同生产工艺技术在产品纯度、纯化过程、充装过程等方面进行对比分析。With the increasingly wide application of semiconductors and LED, the market demand for high-purity ammonia continues to increase. In order to obtain more economic benefits, many gas manufacturing enterprises and related research institutions continue to increase research and development efforts for high-purity ammonia production technology. At present,there are many kinds of production technologies, such as complete filtration adsorption type, complete distillation type and filtration adsorption distillation type. Based on this, this paper briefly explores the above three high purity ammonia production technologies, and makes a comparative analysis of different production technologies in product purity, purification process, filling process and other aspects.
