摘  要:大型检修工程施工工期紧,换热器检修水压试验是最为关键时期,试压时间的长短直接关系着整个检修的工期。文章通过对浮头式换热器各类水压试验工艺进行对比,总结各类试压工艺的优点和不足,同时提出新的试压工艺。分析某炼油厂大检修各换热器的特点、结合特检院容检的契机,采用多种试压工艺分类并用的方法进行浮头式换热器的试压,并成功完成大检修工程换热器水压试验任务。浮头式换热器检修试压采用多种试压工艺相结合的方式,从工期、成本、机械等投入上进行分析,此试压工艺效率高、成本低。The construction period of large maintenance projects is tight, and the hydraulic test of heat exchanger maintenance is the most critical. The length of pressure test time is directly related to the entire maintenance period. The advantages and disadvantages of various pressure testing technologies are summarized by comparing various kinds of water pressure testing technologies for floating head heat exchangers, and a new pressure testing technology is proposed. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the heat exchangers in the overhaul of a refinery and the opportunity of the inspection of the special inspection institute, the pressure test of the floating head heat exchangers was carried out by using the methods of classification and application of various pressure test processes, and the hydraulic pressure test of the heat exchangers in the overhaul project was successfully completed. The maintenance and pressure test of floating head heat exchanger adopts a combination of various pressure test techniques, from the analysis of construction period, cost, machinery and other inputs, the pressure test process has high efficiency and low cost.
