摘  要:在离子型稀土矿原地浸矿过程中,交换出的稀土离子会再次被矿石颗粒吸附。为研究矿样粒级对稀土离子反吸附的影响,以4种粒级(-0.5、0.5~1、1~2、2~3 mm)稀土矿样为研究对象,以质量浓度分别为0.6 g/L的Y^(3+)(钇离子)和5 g/L的(NH4)2SO4混合溶液为试验溶液,开展了液固比为1∶1的柱浸试验,分析了溶液在不同粒级矿柱内渗流过程中Y^(3+)的反吸附行为规律,结果表明,粒级越小,溶液渗流越均匀,穿透时间越长,浸出液中Y^(3+)质量浓度变化越小,Y^(3+)峰值质量浓度越小,峰宽越窄,Y^(3+)反吸附质量越大;通过对比不同粒级矿柱上、中、下位置矿样中Y^(3+)反吸附质量发现,沿溶液渗流方向Y^(3+)反吸附质量逐渐减小,且粒级越小,变化幅度越大。In the in-situ leaching process of ionic rare earth ore,the exchanged rare earth ions may be adsorbed by the ore particles again.In order to study the effect of size fractions of ore sample on reverse adsorption performance of rare earth ions,four size fractions(minus 0.5 mm,0.5~1 mm,1~2 mm and 2~3 mm)of rare earth ore samples were prepared in this study.A column leaching test at a liquid-solid ratio of 1∶1 was carried out using a mixture of Y^(3+)(yttrium ion)solution with concentration of 0.6 g/L and(NH4)2SO4solution with concentration of 5 g/L.The beha-vior of Y^(3+)reverse adsorption during the seepage of different size fractions in ore column was analyzed.The results show that the smaller the size fraction,the more uniform the solution seepage,the longer the penetration time.In lea-ching solution the smaller the change of Y^(3+)concentration,the smaller the Y^(3+)peak concentration,the narrower the peak width and the larger volume the Y^(3+)reverse adsorption.By comparing the Y^(3+)reverse adsorption volumes in the samples taken from the upper,middle and lower part of ore column with different size fractions,it can be found that the Y^(3+)reverse adsorption volume decreases gradually along the vertical line of solution seepage,and the smaller the size fractions,the greater the range of change.
