摘  要:为客观合理地对矿山企业安全文化建设水平作出全面评价,引入WSR方法论,以物理-事理-人理为基准,深度发掘企业内部安全文化体系各要素之间的层次关系,从3个维度构建了以人理为核心、包含6个一级指标、21个二级指标的安全文化建设评价指标体系,同时以云理论为基础,采用CRITIC法确定具有关联性的影响因素权重,构建了基于WSR-云组合的测度模型;以S矿业有限公司为例对该模型的合理性进行验证,结果表明:该公司的安全文化建设水平是持续改进级,整体安全文化建设水平相对良好;安全认知、安全行为两个维度需要加强,该公司应注重人理层面的关怀,重塑员工安全行为观,尤其要注重安全认知观的建设。评价结果与该公司实际情况相符,验证了该模型的科学性与合理性。In order to objectively and reasonably make a comprehensive evaluation on the safety culture construction level of mining companies,Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)methodology was introduced to deeply explore the hierarchical relationship between the elements of the safety culture system inside the company using Wuli-Shili-Renli as criterion.The culture construction evaluation index system containing 6 indexes of class A and 21 indexes of class B was established with Renli as the core in three dimensions.At the same time,based on the cloud theory,the critical weighting method was employed to determine the weight of relevant factors,a measurement model with cloud combination of Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)system was built.The rationality of the model was verified with reference of a mining com-pany.The results show that the safety culture construction of the company was all right generally and reached the level of sustainable improvement,however safety cognition and safety behavior need to be enhanced.The company should pay attention to the care of people,reshape the safety behavior concept of employees,and especially to be concentrated on the construction of safety cognition concept.The evaluation results were consistent with the facts of the company,which proved that the model can be applied scientifically and rationally.
