摘 要:城市活力研究对评估城市发展、建设和规划等方面有着积极的作用。使用传统的熵权法和Topsis法进行城市综合活力评价时,除中心城区外的近郊,不能有效区分远郊与乡村间城市活力值。采用最小累计阻力模型(Minimal Cumulative Resistance Model, MCRM)构建经济走廊用于距离定权,并基于加权广义马氏距离与距离定权改进Topsis法来进行城市综合活力评价,以南昌市综合活力评价为例开展研究。结果表明,与熵权法和传统Topsis法相比,改进型Topsis法对近郊的活力值有明显的提升作用,使近郊的评价结果更加符合实际情况。The study of urban vitality plays a positive role in evaluating urban development, construction and planning. When the traditional method is used to evaluate the comprehensive urban vitality, the difference between the suburban, exurb and rural areas is not high, and the difference is not highlighted. In this paper, Minimal Cumulative Resistance Model(MCRM) is adopted to construct economic corridor for distance weighting, and Topsis method is improved based on weighted generalized Markov distance and distance weighting to evaluate the comprehensive vitality of cities. Taking the comprehensive vitality evaluation of Nanchang city as an example, the research is carried out. The comparison results show that compared with the entropy weight method and the traditional Topsis method, the improved Topsis method has a significant improvement effect on the suburban vitality value, which makes the suburban evaluation results more consistent with the actual situation.
