摘　　要：上海博物馆藏有一批吴大澂致王叔蕃行书手札,还未引起学界的足够重视。这批信札共11通,内容相对完整。这些信札对研究近代以来上海航运、物流与信息中转站地位的巩固,官督商办的上海轮船招商局的情况,补充并丰富顾廷龙先生所撰《吴愙斋年谱》的内容,以及研究王叔蕃其人,都有一定的价值。There are a number of Wu Dacheng’s letters to Wang Shufan in Shanghai Museum,which have not attracted enough attention from the academic circles. There are 11 letters in total,and the content is relatively complete. These letters are of certain value to the study of the consolidation of Shanghai’s shipping,logistics and information transfer station status in modern times,the situation of Shanghai Steamship Merchants Bureau supervised by the government,and managed by merchants,supplement and enrich the content of Wu Kezhai Chronicle by Mr. Gu Tinglong,and the study of Wang Shufan.
