摘  要:发电机的安全可靠运行对电网具有重要意义。本文以某台330MW汽轮发电机为例,介绍了其启机过程中出现的轴振明显上升情况,在重复脉冲法、直流电阻、交流阻抗和功率损耗试验结果均正常的情况下,根据轴振与励磁电流相关性、励磁电流特征、轴电压及气隙探测线圈波形综合判断出转子存在动态匝间短路故障。经将转子返厂解体,发现4~8号线圈存在明显的顶匝变形现象,经修复后机组重新投入运行。本案例是典型的重复脉冲法检测无效案例,本文采用的综合检测判断方法和故障处理经验对类似机组处理具有一定的借鉴作用。The generator is very important for the safe and reliable operation of power grid. Taking a 330MW turbogenerator as an example, this paper introduced the obvious increase of shaft vibration during its start-up process. Under the condition that the results of repetitive surge ociloscope(RSO), DC resistance test, AC impedance test and power loss test were normal, the dynamic inter-turn short circuit fault in rotor was comprehensively determined according to the correlation between shaft vibration and excitation current, excitation current characteristics, shaft voltage and detecting coil waveform. The rotor was disassembled in the factory, it was found that there was obvious top-turn deformation in the No.4 to No.8 coil, the unit operated normally after repair. This case is a typical invalid case of RSO detection. The comprehensive detection method and fault handling experience given in this paper can provide reference for similar unit.
