摘 要:近年来,火电机组时常出现由转子线圈膨胀不畅导致的汽轮发电机振动突升问题,这类振动问题需要明确振动特征,在做出准确诊断后,才能正确指导振动的治理。本研究对转子线圈膨胀不畅导致汽轮发电机振动突升的机理进行了说明,明确了该故障的特征,归纳总结了其诊断方法,并分析了线圈膨胀不畅导致的汽轮发电机振动突升与转子部件飞脱、密封瓦碰磨的特征区别,结合一台汽轮发电机实例对诊断思路进行了说明,对汽轮发电机运行中出现的振动突升问题的诊断具有参考价值。In recent years, sudden rise of vibration for turbo-generator caused by coil expansion failure often occurrs in thermal power units. This kind of vibration problem needs to be clear about the vibration characteristics. After making an accurate diagnosis, the vibration management can be correctly guided. In this study, the mechanism of sudden rise of vibration for turbo-generator caused by coil expansion failure is explained, and the features and diagnosis method are also described. The differences between coil expansion failure, parts drop-off and friction of sealing tile are analyzed. The diagnosis idea is illustrated by an example of a turbo-generator, which has reference value for the diagnosis of the sudden rise of vibration in the operation of turbo-generator.
