摘　　要：本试验采用不同pH值胰蛋白酶消化液分别消化转瓶ST细胞,并观察记录ST细胞消化时间、分散效果、瓶壁残留情况、细胞计数、细胞粒径以及细胞再次贴壁生长状态,获得转瓶培养ST细胞的胰蛋白酶消化液最佳pH值,为ST细胞在转瓶传代培养过程中出现的细胞不脱壁、团块大的问题提供数据支持。In this experiment, the trypsin digestion solution with different pH values was used to digest ST cells in the rotating bottles,and the digestion time, dispersion effect, residual condition of the bottle wall and the state of cell adherent growth were observed and recorded, so as to obtain the optimal pH value of trypsin digestion solution for ST cells digestion. To provide data support for solving the problem that ST cells do not exfoliate from the wall and are prone to form large clumps in the process of transflask culture.
