摘  要:硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖(HSPGs)由多个带负电荷的硫酸乙酰肝素(HS)多糖附着在细胞表面组成。HSPGs通过调控多种信号分子与其受体结合,从而参与并调节体内许多生物反应过程。由于其分布广泛且带负电荷的特性,HSPGs被许多微生物病原体,特别是病毒作为附着在宿主细胞上的辅助因子,成为病毒感染宿主的关键因子。本文简要综述HSPGs与多种人畜共患病病毒的相互作用方式,并重点介绍其作为辅助受体的机制,有望为人畜共患病防治提供一定的理论基础。Heparan sulfate proteoglycans(HSPGs) are composed of multiple negatively charged, heparan sulfate(HS) polysaccharides attached to the cell surface. HSPGs bind to their receptors, thus participating in and regulating many biological response processes in vivo. Due to their widely distributed and negatively charged properties, HSPGs are used by many microbial pathogens, especially viruses, as key cofactors attached to host cells. This paper briefly reviews the way that HSPGs interact with multiple zoonotic viruses,and highlights their mechanisms as accessory receptors, which is expected to provide some theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of zoonosis.
