摘　　要：通过侧成形凸模滑块受力分析以及在冲压过程中结构形变的有限元分析,探索出滑块在受力情况下变形的位置特征及变化量的分布,进而总结出在设计侧成形滑块结构时应该如何进行结构选择,并根据结构变形特点进行相应措施补偿设计。In this paper,through the force analysis of the side forming punch slider and the finite element analysis of the structural deformation in the process of stamping,explore the deformation of the slider under the stress of the position characteristics and the distribution of variation,and then summarize the design of the side forming slider structure should be how to choose the structure,and according to the structural deformation characteristics of the corresponding measures compensation design.
