摘　　要：哈利法塔的建筑设计完美融合了当地文化元素与尖端技术,从而在极端沙漠气候条件下实现建筑的超高效能表现。作为综合体项目中的主体建筑,162层的哈利法塔包含办公空间、零售商区、住宅单位、以及一间阿玛尼(Armani)酒店。大厦的Y字型布局规划可以最大角度地饱览波斯湾的优美景致。一层空间被绿地环绕、辅以水景和适宜步行的林荫大道。The design for the Burj Khalifa combines local cultural influences with cutting-edge technology to achieve high performance in an extreme desert climate.As the centerpiece of a mixed-use development,the tower contains offices,retail space,residential units,and a hotel.The Y-shaped floor plan maximizes views of the Arabian Gulf.At ground level,the skyscraper is surrounded by green space,water features,and pedestrian-friendly boulevards.
