摘　　要：高德置地广场坐落于中国杭州新兴的中央商务区,是一个集酒店、零售商业、住宅和办公一体的综合开发项目。SOM的设计旨在表现杭州这座城市对未来的乐观进取精神及其丰厚的历史底蕴。通过对建筑尺度的精心处理和多个富有质感的建筑立面,捕捉西湖名胜之神韵,以建筑设计的宁静淡然气质营造出一个令人震撼的城市地标。Hangzhou GT Land Jumeirah is a mixed-use,hotel,retail,residential and office development located in an emerging central business district.This new development seeks to explore the forward optimism and rich history of the area.The spirit of the famous West Lake is captured through the attention to scale and multiple textured facades,creating an urban spectacle that can convey the building’s sense of calm.
