摘  要:多水源区域内水资源的目标量通常较多,对其进行水资源调配时存在目标查找困难、调配精准度低等问题.为了有效解决上述问题,提出一种基于三层并行逐步优化算法的多水源区域内水资源智能调配方法.首先建立了考虑经济效益、社会效益以及生态环境效益的目标函数,并计算了三者的具体权重,以作为下一步水资源调配的参照基准.然后采用三层并行逐步优化算法将调配分为决策、查找及优化更新三大步骤,同时结合莱维飞行算法查找决策模型中的最优目标解,通过不断迭代优化更新目标值与调配值间的正向差值,并利用修正函数缩小二者间的差异,以实现水资源的高效调配.最后通过仿真实验证明,所提出的基于三层并行逐步优化算法的多水源区域内水资源智能调配方法具有较高的精准度、较强的稳定性和较广的适用范围.The target quantity of water resources in multi-water source area is usually large,and there are some problems such as difficulty in finding the target and low deployment accuracy in allocating water resources.In order to effectively solve the above problems,an intelligent allocation method of water resources in multi-water source area based on three-layer parallel progressive optimization algorithm is proposed.First,the objective function considering economic benefit,social benefit and ecological environmental benefit is established,and the specific weights of them are calculated and used as the reference benchmark for the next step of water resource allocation.Then,the three-layer parallel progressive optimization algorithm is used to divide the allocation into three steps:decision-making,searching and optimization updating.The Levy flight algorithm is used to find the optimal target solution in the decision-making model.At the same time,the positive difference between the target value and the allocation value is optimized and updated through continuous iteration,and the correction function is used to reduce their difference,so as to complete the efficient allocation of water resource.Finally,the simulation experiment proves that the proposed intelligent allocation method of water resources in multi-source area based on the threelayer parallel progressive optimization algorithm has high accuracy,strong stability and wide application scope.
