中国酒店业增长方式的区域差异与分类研究

摘　　要：中国酒店业的经营绩效增速较慢,因此有必要探讨酒店业增长方式及其区际差异.基于经济增长理论的增长核算法,采用偏最小二乘法解决传统的OLS方法共线性影响的问题,得到各省酒店业的增长方式,并以全国的增长方式为基准建构三维参照系进行分类.研究发现:酒店业投入和产出的增长大体上为东部沿海慢、西部内陆快;所有省份酒店业增长均尚未进入集约化阶段;资本贡献率总体上沿海发达省份偏低、而内陆欠发达省份偏高;劳动贡献率较高的是经济落后、人口不多的部分中西部省份以及少数东中部人口大省;劳动贡献率的省际差异要小于资本贡献率和TFP贡献率;各省酒店业增长方式划分为生产率驱动和生产要素驱动两大类,并细分为六小型.The performance of Chinese hotel industry is not ideal for a long time,which makes it necessary to explore the growth patterns of hotel industry and their regional difference.In this paper,the growth accounting method based on the economic growth theory and the new estimation method partial least square method are used to overcome the influence of collinearity.The growth pattern of the hotel industry in each province is obtained,and the three-dimensional reference system is constructed based on the national growth pattern for classification.The results show that the growth of input and output of the hotel industry is generally slow in the eastern coastal areas and fast in the western inland areas.The growth of the hotel industry in all provinces has not yet entered the intensive stage.The capital contribution rate is generally low in the coastal developed provinces,but high in the inland underdeveloped provinces.The labor contribution rate is relatively high in the economically backward and populous parts of the central and western provinces,as well as a few large population provinces in the eastern and central areas.The regional difference of labor contribution rate is smaller than that of capital contribution rate and TFP contribution rate.The growth mode of hotel industry in each province can be divided into two categories:productivity driven and production factor driven,and can be subdivided into six sub-categories.
