河南省智能制造现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：大力发展智能制造业,对提升河南制造业整体水平,促进河南工业转型升级,推动河南由制造大省迈向制造强省具有重要的现实意义.首先对我国智能制造的发展现状、区域分布特征、趋势进行了分析,我国智能制造目前已进入螺旋式发展期,各地区智能制造优势和发展重点有所区别,关键基础零部件空心化问题、多方联动协同发展问题等仍有待完善.然后结合实地调研结果,立足河南省实际,在考虑河南省智能制造各个行业相对优势的基础上,提出了与之相适应的具有河南特色的建议对策.Vigorously developing intelligent manufacturing industry is of great practical significance for improving the overall level of industry in Henan Province,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading in Henan Province,and promoting Henan Province from a large manufacturing province to a strong manufacturing province.Firstly,the development status,regional distribution characteristics and trends of intelligent manufacturing in China are analyzed.At present,intelligent manufacturing in China has entered a spiral development period.The advantages and development priorities of intelligent manufacturing in different regions are different.The problems of the hollowing out of key basic components and the coordinated development of multi-party linkage still need to be improved.Then,based on the actual situation of Henan Province and considering the relative advantages of various industries of intelligent manufacturing industry in Henan Province,the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures with Henan characteristics are put forward.
