摘　　要：本文利用1995—2016年高技术产业面板数据,研究内外资研发协调发展对高技术产业自主创新绩效的影响,以及上述影响过程中创新政策和产业政策的调节效应和门槛效应。研究发现:内外资研发协调发展对高技术产业自主创新绩效呈现显著正相关;创新政策、产业政策在内外资研发协调发展对高技术产业自主创新绩效的影响过程中,呈现正向调节效应;进一步分析,以新产品研发费用衡量高技术产业自主创新绩效时,随着创新政策、产业政策手段不断加强,内外资研发协调发展对高技术产业自主创新绩效的影响呈现V形非线性关系。Based on the panel data of the high-tech industry from 1995 to 2016,this paper studies the influence of the coordinated development of domestic and foreign R&D on the independent innovation performance of the high-tech industry,as well as the moderating and threshold effects of innovation policies and industrial policies in the above influencing process.The results are as follows.The coordinated development of domestic and foreign R&D has a significant positive correlation with independent innovation performance of high-tech industry;Industrial and innovation policy have a positive moderating effect on the independent innovation performance of high-tech industry.Further analysis shows that the impact of the coordinated development of domestic and foreign R&D on the independent innovation performance of high-tech industries presents a V-shaped nonlinear relationship,with the continuous strengthening of industrial policies and innovation policy means,and when the independent innovation performance of high-tech industries is measured by the R&D cost of new products.
