摘　　要：本文通过引入卓越绩效评价准则和实施指南,介绍合肥市轨道交通集团有限公司运营分公司卓越绩效管理模式导入背景、实施举措和建设成效,通过强化领导作用、加强战略管理、提升关系管理、识别关键过程、构建绩效体系,经过全体员工的不懈努力,公司关键指标显著提升、综合实力显著增强、社会影响日益扩大,轨道交通运营管理水平和管理能力提质增效,切实丰富了卓越绩效理论内涵,对系统研究我国轨道交通行业卓绝绩效标准具有一定的实践意义和参考价值。This paper introduces the introduction background, implementation measures and results of the excellent performance management mode of Operation Branch, Hefei Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. by introducing the excellent performance evaluation criteria and implementation guidelines. Through strengthening the leadership role and strategic management, improving relationship management, identifying key processes, and building the performance system, the company’s key indicators and comprehensive strength have been significantly improved with the unremitting efforts of all employees, The social infl uence have also been enhanced, the quality and effi ciency of the rail transit operation management level have been improved, and the theoretical connotation of excellent performance have been enriched,which has certain practical significance and reference value for the systematic study on the outstanding performance standards for China’s rail transit industry.
