摘 要:先用多巴胺预处理粉煤灰(FA)在其表面获得聚多巴胺(PDA)膜,再化学镀Ag,获得具有核-壳结构的Ag包覆粉煤灰复合材料。研究了多巴胺改性和镀液中AgNO_(3)质量浓度对粉煤灰化学镀Ag的影响。结果表明基体表面的PDA膜具有还原性,能够将银离子还原为银单质,但银纳米粒子易团聚;较佳的AgNO_(3)质量浓度为10 g/L。在较佳工艺下,粉煤灰表面化学镀得到的Ag层均匀、致密,无杂质。A silver-coated fly ash(FA) composite with core–shell structure was obtained by pre-modifying fly ash with dopamine followed by electroless silver plating. The effects of the modification with dopamine and mass concentration of AgNO_(3)in bath on electroless silver plating of fly ash were studied. The results showed that the polydopamine(PDA) film on fly ash could reduce the silver ions to simple substance, but the silver nanoparticles were easily to agglomerate together. The optimal mass concentration of AgNO_(3)in bath was 10 g/L. A uniform, compact, and impurity-free silver coating could be obtained on the surface of fly ash when electroless plating under the optimal conditions.
