摘 要:针对铧式开沟器开沟阻力大,保墒效果较差的问题,文中对铧式开沟器的开沟过程进行受力分析,以脊线曲率半径、斜切角、入土隙角为试验因素,开沟阻力和沟宽变异系数为试验指标,进行了三因素五水平仿真试验。基于SolidWorks和EDEM对开沟器模型进行建模并仿真,利用Design-Expert 10.0和MATLAB对仿真结果进行分析,求解得到开沟器最佳设计参数,制作开沟器并进行土槽试验。结果表明,离散元仿真与真实结果趋于一致,能够反映开沟器的真实工作情况,验证了此种设计方法的可行性和离散元仿真的准确性。Focus on the problem of larger trenching resistance and poorer moisture-preserving effect of the moldboard colter boot, this paper analyzes the force of the moldboard colter boot during the trenching process, taking the radius of curvature of the ridge line, the chamfer angle, the soil clearance angle as the test elements, and the trench resistance and the coefficient of variation of trench width as the test indicators, and then a three-factor five-level simulation test would be carried out. Modeling and simulating the opener model based on SolidWorks and EDEM, using Design-Expert 10.0 and MATLAB to analyze and solve the simulation results to obtain the best design parameters of the opener, making the opener and conducting soil trench experiments, the above results show that the discrete element simulation and the real results tend to be consistent, which can reflect the real working conditions of the opener, and verify the feasibility of this design method and the accuracy of the discrete element simulation.
