摘 要:针对航空结构件存在大量相似特征、现有实体布尔减材法建模步骤繁琐且容易发生错误、设计知识与经验无法重用的问题,提出了一种航空结构件快速建模方法。通过对典型航空结构件的结构功能的实现进行设计特征分解,并基于结构稳健性方法创建设计特征。采用CATIA知识工程方法将设计特征封装为知识模板,并确保模板实例化时不发生错误。运用系统工程方法组合知识模板,通过曲面分割代替实体布尔,实现航空结构件快速稳健建模。工程应用验证了文中所提方法的可靠性和实用性。Currently, there are a large number of similar features in aviation structural parts, the modeling steps of the solid Boolean operations are cumbersome and prone to errors, and design knowledge and experience cannot be reused. In this article, efforts are made to propose a rapid modeling method for aviation structural parts. The structural function of typical aviation structural parts is subject to decomposition of design feature, and then the design features are created with the help of the structural robustness method. Subsequently, the CATIA knowledge engineering method is used to encapsulate the design features into a knowledge template, in order to ensure that no errors occur when the template is instantiated. Finally, the system engineering method is adopted to combine the knowledge template, and the surface segmentation replaces the solid Boolean operations, so as to realize rapid and robust modeling of aviation structural parts. The examples of engineering application have verified that this method is reliable and practical.
