摘 要:针对现有下肢康复训练器腿部杆件形变、尺寸配合与运动协调的问题,应用TRIZ理论对训练器进行结构改进设计。根据TRIZ理论创新设计框架,对现有下肢康复训练器进行功能分析,建立功能模型;运用因果分析寻找解决问题的切入点;应用物-场模型与系统裁剪法分别对不同冲突进行技术求解,建立改进后的功能模型,得到改进的下肢康复训练器结构设计方案;利用有限元分析和人机相容性检测验证设计方案的合理性,并对下肢康复训练器进行结构创新设计,以提高下肢康复训练器的康复合理性和安全性。Aiming at the issues of the deformation, size matching and motion coordination of the leg members of existed lower extremity rehabilitation training device, TRIZ theory was applied to perform structural improvement design of the training device. According to the innovative design framework of TRIZ theory, the functional analysis was performed on the existing lower limb rehabilitation trainer to establish a functional model. Causal analysis was used to find the entry point to solve the problem. The object-field model and system tailoring were used to technically solve different conflicts. The improved functional model was established to obtain an improved structural design scheme of the lower limb rehabilitation trainer. The rationality of the scheme design was verified by finite element analysis and human-machine compatibility testing. The innovative structural design was performed on the lower limb rehabilitation training device to improve the rehabilitation rationality and safety of the lower limb rehabilitation training device.
