摘  要:二肽是由两个氨基酸残基组成的寡肽,是机体吸收蛋白质的主要形式之一,其种类繁多,结构多样,体内分布广泛。二肽在体内发挥着重要的营养学功能,除参与调节机体多种生理功能,还可作为多种疾病的潜在生物标志物。人体内二肽的浓度范围可跨越几个数量级,存在多种同分异构体,其标准品大多难以获得,目前针对该类代谢物的定量分析方法灵敏度低且覆盖面窄。本文对二肽类代谢物的转运和吸收、生理功能和定性定量分析方法进行了系统综述。A dipeptide is composed of two amino acid residues and categorized as an oligopeptide.It has been known that dipeptides play crucial roles in nutrition and the regulation of various physiological and pathological processes, and can serve as potential biomarkers in multiple diseases.As one of the main forms of the absorption of digestive proteins, dipeptides are highly diverse in structure and chemical property.Endogenous dipeptides are characteristic of wide concentration range spanning several orders of magnitude, the existence of many isomers, and limited availability on commercial standards.The current quantification methods for dipeptides have the drawbacks of low sensitivity and limited coverage.This review summarized the recent research progress on dipeptides including their transport and absorption, physiological functions, as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.
