国家级药学实验教学中心仪器设备的开放共享管理初探--以中国药科大学为例

摘　　要：实验教学是药学教育中的重要环节,仪器设备是实验教学的重要依托。我校从2007年开始集中本科实验教学仪器设备资源,成立了药学实验教学中心,并在2012年成为教育部首批认定的国家级药学实验教学示范中心。为了积极推动“双一流”学科建设背景下的一流课程教学改革,我校近年来不断加大教学仪器设备的投入力度,为培养具有较高实践能力的药学高级专门人才提供了良好的物质保障。然而,如何强化教学仪器设备的共享管理,在发挥其教学功能的同时充分开发其使用价值,实现实验教学资源的优化和整合,是高校本科实验室仪器设备管理工作中的一项重要任务。本文以中国药科大学药学实验教学中心的大学生创新实验训练综合平台为例,介绍了该平台在仪器设备开放管理、使用培训和应用维护等方面的运行策略和管理模式,为国内医药高等院校仪器平台的建设和管理提供参考。Experimental teaching is an indispensable part of pharmaceutical education, and the implementation of experimental teaching cannot be separated from the input of instruments and equipment.In 2007,our university concentrated superior experimental resources to establish experiment teaching center.In 2012,it was award as the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Pharmacy recognized by the Ministry of Education(First Batch).Under the direction of "Double First-Class" project, our university and department vigorously continue to strengthen the construction of teaching facilities to provide a good guarantee for training senior pharmaceutical professionals with high scientific research and practice ability.However, it is an important and challengeable task to reinforce the management of teaching instruments and equipment, and fully develop its use value in scientific research to finally optimize and integrate the resources for teach and research.This paper introduced the main strategies and management concepts of the Comprehensive Practice Platform of innovative experiment training for college students in the School of Pharmacy of China Pharmaceutical University, in the aspects of open and sharing management, training and application maintenance of instruments.Hereby, the practice can provide valuable information for the management of instrumental platform in domestic medical/pharmaceutical colleges and universities.
