摘  要:鄂尔多斯某砂岩铀矿床含矿层中钙质夹层的铀矿品位高、夹层厚度大,是否考虑钙质夹层对于计算整个矿层的储量和可浸出资源量影响显著。基于试验井测井解释资料,描述了含钙质夹层铀矿床矿层特征,识别了钙质夹层主要测井响应特征,通过线性插值方法,计算了铀矿层的储量。结果显示,钙质夹层储量占总储量的25.2%。结合柱浸试验和岩心样品试验数据,构建了含夹层砂岩型铀矿床可浸出资源量计算方法,应用结果表明,中性浸出条件下,在不考虑夹层时,该单元可浸出资源量为16978 kg。考虑夹层的储量及CO_(2)增渗效果时,可浸出资源量为17210 kg,较不考虑夹层时提高了1.36%,其中钙质夹层中铀矿浸出率为2.37%。定量考虑了多种增渗技术对可浸出性的影响,酸法和超声波增渗技术约能分别提高钙质夹层浸出率到7.84%和9.42%,该单元可浸出资源量较不考虑夹层时分别提高了4.51%和5.43%。理想条件下爆破增渗可实现钙质夹层的最大化开采,但会抑制常规矿层的高效浸出。研究表明,含夹层铀矿床中钙质夹层的铀矿能否有效浸出对总浸出量影响较大,对夹层采取一定的矿层增渗技术可显著提高浸出量。The uranium ore grade of calcareous interlayer in a mining area of Ordos is high and the interlayer thickness is large.Whether the calcareous interlayer is considered has a significant influence on calculation of the reserves and leachable resources.Based on the logging interpretation data of the test well,the characteristics of the calcareous interbedded uranium deposit were described,the main logging response characteristics of the calcareous interbedded uranium deposit were identified,and the reserves of the calcareous interbedded uranium deposit were calculated by linear interpolation method.The results show that the reserves of the calcareous interbedded uranium deposit account for 25.2%of the total reserves.The application results show that under CO_(2)+O_(2)leaching process,without considering the interlayer,the amount of leachable resources of this unit is 16978 kg.When considering the reserves of calcareous interlayer and effect of CO_(2),the amount of leachable resources is 17210 kg,which is 1.36%higher than that without considering the interlayer.The leaching rate of uranium in calcareous interlayer is 2.37%.The effects of various permeability improvement technologies on leachability are quantitatively considered.Acid and ultrasonic permeability improvement technologies could increase the leaching rate of calcareous interlayer to 7.84%and 9.42%respectively,and the amount of leachable resources of this unit is increased by 4.51%and 5.43%respectively,compared with that without considering the interlayer.Under ideal conditions,blasting permeability improvement technology can realize the maximum exploitation of calcareous intercalation,but it will inhibit the efficient leaching of conventional ore bed.The results show that the leaching capacity of calcareous interbedded uranium ore has a great influence on the total leaching capacity of calcareous interbedded uranium ore,and the leaching capacity of calcareous interbedded uranium ore can be significantly increased by adopting certain permeability improveme
