摘 要:在介入医疗器械领域,镍钛合金细丝与不锈钢细丝是最常用的两种金属材料.镍钛丝具有优异的回弹性、柔软性,不锈钢丝具有优异的刚性和推送性能,将镍钛丝和不锈钢丝进行同轴焊接能显著提高产品的操控性.目前,大多采用的连接方式是胶水粘接、套管保护等方式,达不到理想的性能,超细丝径的镍钛丝与不锈钢丝的同轴焊接是研究的热点和难点.该文对镍钛丝与不锈钢丝焊接的关键问题进行了综述,总结相关焊接方法的最新研究进展,比较不同焊接方法的特点,重点讨论超细异种合金丝焊接过程的析出相及金属间化合物对焊接区域力学性能的影响.Nickel titanium alloy wire and stainless steel wire are the two most commonly used metal materials in the field of interventional medical devices.NiTi wire shows excellent resilience and softness,while stainless steel wire exhibits excellent rigidity and push performance.Therefore,the nickel titanium wire and stainless steel wire coaxial welding can significantly improve the product handling.It is reported that most of the connection methods used are glue bonding,casing protection,etc.,which cannot achieve ideal performance.Coaxial welding of ultra-fine nickel-titanium wire and stainless steel wire is a hot and difficult research.In this paper,the key problems of welding nickel-titanium wire and stainless steel wire are reviewed.The latest research progress of related welding methods is summarized.The characteristics of different welding methods are compared.Moreover,the effects of precipitated phases and intermetallic compounds on the mechanical properties of the welded area during the welding process of ultrafine dissimilar alloy wires are discussed.
