摘 要:为研究Sasobit温拌沥青的流变力学性能并评价其高温性能,制备两种原样沥青的Sasobit温拌沥青并进行不同温度下的频率扫描试验,得到了原样沥青和Sasobit温拌沥青复数模量MCAM模型主曲线,并根据复数模量主曲线进一步得到了所有沥青缩减频域内的复数黏度.然后,采用Cross模型表征沥青缩减频域和测试频域(60℃)的复数黏度,并对不同频域零剪切黏度(ZSV)拟合曲线的黏弹力学特征进行分析.研究结果表明:MCAM模型能够描述所有沥青复数模量主曲线,满足时-温等效原理;与基质沥青不同,温拌沥青主曲线在测试温度范围内表现出黏弹性固体特征,说明温拌剂改变了原样沥青的流变力学特性.基质沥青和SBS改性沥青在缩减频域内的复数黏度连续性较好且拟合优度为0.99以上,说明复数黏度在缩减频域内满足黏弹性时-温等效原理,而所有温拌沥青复数黏度表现出时-温失效特征.除基质沥青外,SBS改性沥青和温拌沥青60℃频率-黏度曲线均出现了明显的高、低频黏度平台,并得到了其零剪切黏度(ZSV),说明采用Cross模型评价改性(温拌)沥青高温性能较为可行.In order to evaluate the rheological mechanical properties of Sasobit warm mix asphalt and assess its high-temperature performance,two original asphalt binders blended with Sasobit were prepared and frequency sweeping tests were carried out at different test temperatures for binders with or without Sasobit additive.The complex modulus of MCAM model master curves were obtained for original asphalt binders with or without Sasobit additive,and the complex viscosity was obtained in reduced frequency domain according to the complex modulus master curve for all asphalt binders.Then,the Cross model was used to describe the complex viscosity for all binders,and the viscoelastic mechanical characteristics of the Cross model were analyzed.The results showed that MCAM model would describe the master curve of complex modulus for all binders.Different from the original asphalt,warm mix asphalt binders show the characteristics of viscoelastic solid in the range of tested temperatures,indicating that the warm mix agent change the rheological mechanical property of the original asphalt binders.The Cross model would better represent the complex viscosity in the reduced frequency domain for all original asphalt binders,and the goodness of fit is more than 0.99,which also meets the time-temperature equivalence principle of viscoelasticity.The complex viscosity shows the characteristics of time-temperature failure for all warm mix asphalt.In addition to the base asphalt,both SBS modified asphalt and warm mix asphalt have high and low frequency viscosity platforms,which shows that the ZSV of modified asphalt can be obtained by using cross model.
