摘 要:该文以提升铝金属燃料电池的单体放电均匀性为目的,通过液流仿真计算设计了一种内径沿液流方向逐渐减小的一进52出变径管分液器,并在52串电堆中进行了应用实验.系统分析了52个单体电池在放电过程中的流量均匀性、电压均匀性以及温度均匀性,并与直管分液器进行了对比.结果表明,相比于内径不变的直管分液器,变径处理后单体电池间的均匀性得到了明显改善.总体上看,采用变径管分液器后52个单体电池流量的标准偏差与平均值的比率从10.7%下降到了8.5%,温度的标准偏差相对于平均值的比率从7.3%下降至5.5%,放电电压的标准偏差相对于平均值的比率从3.0%下降至2.7%.同时变径设计显著改善了直管分液器入液口压力过大,靠近入液口的6个单体流量过高的问题.其中最靠近入液口的单体电池的流量与中值的偏差从6.7%下降至4.5%,温度与中值的偏差从8.3℃下降至2.9℃.In order to improve the uniformity of Aluminium metal fuel battery,a kind of variable diameter tube with one inlet and 52 outlets which inner diameter decreasing along the direction of liquid flow was designed by means of fluid flow simulation calculation.The flow data acquisition,discharge voltage and working temperature during the discharge process of the 52 cells were analyzed in the battery system.And the results are compared with a uniform diameter tube liquid distributor.The results show that the uniformity between the cells is improved obviously by using the variable diameter tube liquid distributor.Overall,after the variable diameter tube is used as the liquid distributor,the ratio of the standard deviation of the flow rate of the 52 cells to the average value is reduced from 10.7%to 8.5%.The ratio of the standard deviation of the working temperature of the 52 cells to the average value is reduced from 7.3%to 5.5%.And the ratio of the standard deviation of the discharge voltage of the 52 cells to the average value is reduced from 3.0%to 2.7%.Meanwhile,the problem that the pressure at the inlet of the uniform diameter tube liquid distributor is too high,and the flow rate of the cells near the inlet is too high were improved.Among them,the percentage deviation between the flow rate of the single cell closest to the liquid inlet with the median value decreased from 16.7%to 4.5%,accordingly the deviation of the temperature decreased from 8.3℃to 2.9℃.
