弹性理念下住宅室内空间人性化设计研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国社会经济迅速发展,城市化进程不断加快,人口膨胀导致城市土地资源受限,空间可利用率低等问题的出现,同时改变了人的居住模式与家庭结构,居住环境亟须转变,这便引发了对于我国城市住宅室内空间设计的思考。本文探讨了当下居住者对于住宅空间的需求,根据弹性设计理念,提出住宅室内空间的人性化设计策略,以期提高未来住宅空间居住的舒适性,创造出符合时代进步与社会潮流的住宅空间设计。In recent years,the rapid development of social economy in China,accelerating urbanization process,population expansion resulted in limited urban land resources,the emergence of the low space availability problem,at the same time changed the human living pattern and family structure,living environment needs to change,which triggered the thinking of urban residential interior space design in China.This paper discusses the demand of current residents for residential space,according to the flexible design concept,puts forward the humanized design strategy of residential indoor space,in order to improve the comfort of future residential space,and create a residential space design in line with the progress of The Times and the social trend.
