摘  要:针对传统串联型电能质量治理装置利用率较低、可靠性较差,而并联型电能质量治理装置解决电压波动问题的能力有待进一步提升的问题,提出了一种集成电压支撑与无功调控能力的多功能并网变换器(MF-GCC)。电网电压波动时,MF-GCC工作于串联接入模式,实现电压调节功能。电网电压正常时,MF-GCC工作于并联接入模式,实现网侧单位功率因数运行。与传统串联接入型电能质量治理装置相比,MF-GCC仅多了一个开关和一个耦合电容,即可实现串联和并联接入型电能质量治理装置功能的有效集成。此外,在系统故障时,MF-GCC有源部分的端口电压钳位为零,故障电流被遏制,MF-GCC自身及其接入电网的可靠性均得到了提升。文中详细分析了MF-GCC的拓扑结构、工作原理、控制策略及参数设计。仿真与实验结果验证了所提拓扑结构与控制策略的有效性和可行性。Aiming at the low utilization rate and poor reliability of the traditional series-connected power quality control device, and the ability of the parallel-connected power quality control device to solve the voltage fluctuation problem needs to be further improved, a multi-function grid-connected converter(MF-GCC) with integrated voltage support and reactive power regulation capability is proposed. When the grid voltage fluctuates, the MF-GCC works in the series access mode to realize the voltage regulation function. When the grid voltage is normal, the MF-GCC works in the parallel access mode to achieve the unit power factor operation on the grid side. Compared with the traditional series-connected power quality control device, the MF-GCC only has one more switch and one more coupling capacitor, which can realize the effective integration of the functions of series-connected and parallel-connected power quality control device. In addition, when the system fails, the port voltage of the active part in the MF-GCC is clamped to zero and the fault current is limited. Thus the reliability of the MF-GCC itself and its connection to grid is fully improved. This paper analyzes the topology structure, working principle, control strategy and parameter design of MF-GCC in detail. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed topology and control strategy.
