摘　　要：根据煤炭地下气化工艺和服役工况对连续管结构、材料和参数进行了设计。基于连续管注点火液、注氧、注水和携带测温电缆等功能要求进行了多通道结构设计,基于氧气管道燃烧原理和连续管服役工况选用了双相不锈钢材料,基于抗拉、抗内压和抗外挤强度计算及安全校核确定了注氧管外径和壁厚。设计的Φ60.325 mm×5.2 mm和Φ73.025 mm×5.2 mm两种规格的注氧管能满足煤炭地下气化工艺要求。Structure,material and parameters of coiled tubing were designed according to underground coal gasification process and service condition.The structural design of multi-channel coiled tubing was carried out based on the functional requirements of ignition liquid injection,continuous oxygen injection,water injection and temperature measuring cable carrying,etc.Duplex stainless steel material was selected based on oxygen pipe combustion principle and service conditions of coiled tubing.The outer diameter and wall thickness of oxygen injection coiled tubing were determined based on the calculation and analysis of tensile strength,internal pressure,collapse strength and safety factor.The oxygen injection coiled tubing designed with Φ60.325 mm×5.2 mm or Φ73.025 mm×5.2 mm can meet the requirements of underground coal gasification process.
