摘 要:基于状态的维修是一种预测性的主动维修技术。探讨了该技术在国内“璇玑”随钻测井和导向系统中的应用。首先介绍了基于状态的维修技术的发展,总结其优缺点和适用条件,并调查了多个行业中该技术的应用情况。然后对“璇玑”系统状态维修理念的应用情况进行探讨,提出在“璇玑”系统中从单元级到系统级实现可预测主动维修的具体措施。研究表明,基于状态的维修技术在油气田井下设备中具有深入推广应用的价值,状态维修理念可应用到仪器研发、维保策略、装备管理等多层面,从而提高系统可靠性。Condition-based maintenance is a predictive and proactive repair technique.This article is intended to explore the application of this technology in the domestic XUANJI logging while drilling system.First of all,the development of condition-based maintenance technology is introduced,its advantages and disadvantages and the applicable conditions are summarized,and the application of this technology in multiple industries is investigated.Then,it discusses the application of condition-based maintenance concept in the maintenance process of XUANJI instrument,and puts forward specific measures to realize predictable and proactive maintenance in the XUANJI system from unit level to system level.It is concluded that the condition-based maintenance technology has the value of in-depth popularization and application in the downhole equipment of oil and gas fields.The concept of condition-based maintenance can be applied to instrument research and development,maintenance strategy,equipment management and other aspects,so as to improve the reliability of the system.
