区块链技术赋能产业链上农业经营主体融资研究——以江苏沿海地区为例

摘　　要：以江苏沿海为例,依托产业链上核心企业的信用传导,利用区块链的信息透明、交易溯源和高效协同优势,从保兑仓、应收账款质押、融通仓、订单等融资场景入手,探讨了区块链技术赋能农业经营主体融资的场景和流程。结合核心企业信用传导的现实障碍,提出了提升核心企业“双循环”水平,加强产业空间集聚区的网络关系建设,推动区块链技术应用和农业产业链数字化转型在江苏沿海率先试点,为破解农业经营主体融资难题提供新技术应用示范等建议。This research takes Jiangsu coastal area as an example to discuss the problems in the financing scenarios and processes of the agricultural operation entities,which are supported by the block chain technology.The analysis is conducted in view of the credit transmission of the core enterprises on the industrial chain,while taking into account the advantages of the block chain,such as the information transparency,transaction traceability and efficient collaboration,starting from the financing scenarios such as confirming warehouse,accounts receivable financing pledge,financing warehouse and order.In consideration of the obstacles to the credit transmission of core enterprises,the paper puts forward countermeasures,such as improving the“double cycle”of core enterprises,strengthening the network construction of industrial clusters,promoting the application of block chain technology and the digital transformation of agricultural industry chain to take the lead in Jiangsu coastal areas,and providing new technology to solve the financing problems of agricultural operation entities.
