电解铝企业电压骤降影响分析及治理措施

摘　　要：由于电解铝企业连续生产的特性,电解铝企业对整流供电系统、压缩空气系统、电解应急控制系统的可靠、稳定运行要求很高,一旦出现系统性故障,企业将承受巨大的经济损失。结合电解铝企业各生产工艺特性,分析了电网电压骤降对企业生产的影响,提出了相应的治理措施和解决方案,保障电解铝企业的连续稳定生产。Due to the continuous production characteristics of electrolytic aluminum enterprises,electrolytic aluminum enterprises have high requirements for the reliable and stable operation of rectifier power supply system,compressed air system and electrolytic emergency control system.In case of systematic failure,the enterprise will bear huge economic losses.Combined with the production process characteristics of electrolytic aluminum enterprises,this paper analyzes the impact of power grid voltage drop on enterprise production,and puts forward corresponding treatment measures and solutions to realize the continuous and stable production of electrolytic aluminum enterprises.
