摘　　要：近几年,我国轨道交通行业迅猛发展,螺纹挤压成形技术应用到轨道交通的制造中,以满足动车组关键部位强度高、耐用性好、易更换且环保的要求。对挤压丝锥对内螺纹冷挤成型进行研究,根据挤压丝锥工作原理,结合生产实际,比较挤压螺纹和切削螺纹的优劣,总结了在轨道交通中应用螺纹挤压成形过程中出现的问题、注意事项以及工艺参数的设定。螺纹冷挤压技术应用于轨道交通行业,取得了良好的加工效果和经济效益。In recent years,China’s rail transportation industry has developed rapidly and thread extrusion technology has been applied to the manufacture of rail transportation to meet the requirements of high strength,good durability,easy replacement and environmental protection of key parts of the rolling stock.The study and analysis of cold extrusion of internal threads by extrusion taps,based on the working principle of extrusion taps,combined with the production reality,compared the advantages and disadvantages of extruded threads and cutting threads,summarised the problems,precautions and the setting of process parameters in the process of applying thread extrusion in rail transit.The application of cold extrusion technology to the rail transport industry has resulted in good processing results and economic benefits.
